Several issues important to the league regarding potential changes have been brought up by members to the Board of Directors. Before making any official changes, we want every member to have an opportunity to voice their opinion on these matters. One member from each area that completes the survey will be drawn to win a complete dart setup from Dart World - see details below.
Paper copies of the MMDL Members Survey will be included in each team's captain's kit this season OR you may opt to fill out our survey on the MMDL website. A printable copy of this survey is also attached to this email, it can be mailed back in the envelope provided with your captain's kit or you can mail it separately to:
Please take just FIVE MINUTES of your time to complete our survey. If you are filling it out online, DO NOT return the paper survey that was included in your team's captain's kit.
