[MMDL] Submitting Match Reports via Email

MMDL is looking for team captains who wish to submit weekly match reports via email. This program was created to increase the speed and reliability of reporting match scores and we have made some recent improvements such as providing a later deadline for submission.

Here are the basic requirements and details for this program:

• You must have an email address which you use and check on a regular basis.
• You must have the ability to scan or otherwise convert hard copy match reports into a .pdf document that can be printed and read by the league statistician.
  
• You must check the legibility of your scanned documents before transmitting and they must be similar in quality to the hard copy.
• Remember to write "Scanned" at the top of your hard copy of the match report before scanning.
• Remember to write the Area and Division names in the subject line of the email.
• Match reports must be sent via email no later than 11:59pm on the Thursday following your match.
  
• You will NOT need to mail in the white copy of your match report.

WCO Hotel Update: Great news if you still haven't booked your hotel room yet, the Nashua Courtyard Marriott has extended our group rate ($85 single/double) to September 21st. After that the "foliage peeping tom" rate goes in effect and will likely be double the fee and sell out quick, so call them this weekend and make sure you're not shut out: 603-880-9100. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty, so there's little risk in securing a room even if you're not 100% sure you can make the event. Book now!
