HOW LATE DO YOU PLAY? - The Board of Directors is taking a serious look at match start times across the league. It is no secret that many matches do not start by 7:30 according to the rules, and are not underway by 8pm either. Stronger enforcement and point penalties are being considered as a way to keep matches from running too late and to curtail increasingly late arrivals by visiting teams. If you have comments, questions or input on this matter, please consider posting in the MMDL Forums or sending an email to your Area Director.
BENEFIT LOD - NOV 21 - 2PM in CAMBRIDGE - Help find a cure for Prader-Willi Syndrome by playing darts! November 21, 2009 - 2pm at the Polish Club Cambridge, 747 Cambridge Street. $10 entry fee - 50% to charity, 50% player payouts and 50/50 raffles.

ATTN SPRING 2009 DIVISION & AREA WINNERS - Your team's div and area winner's shirts from last season will be available for pickup on November 14-15 at the MMDL Cricket events at the Beverly Franco. If you are unable to attend these events, please contact your division rep or area director to make alternative arrangements. State Champion shirts will be available at a later date.
SUPER A DISCUSSION - MEETING ON NOV. 7 - 1PM - A special meeting has been scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 1:00pm at the Framingham Eagles to discuss future adjustments to the new Super A division. Those who play Super A, are on teams that are candidates for being bumped up or are simply interested in playing at that level are highly encouraged to participate in these discussions. If you plan to attend this meeting, please contact Adam Sherlock, MMDL Commissioner at adams@mmdl.org or 617-799-4180. To discuss these issues in the meanwhile, please click here to visit the Super A discussion forum.
