"HOW COME NOBODY TOLD ME?" - You may have noticed over the last year that MMDL has changed the way that we communicate, eliminated the high cost of postal mailings and now make good use out of the Internet. This change allows us to be more efficient and save money, with the added benefit of faster and more direct communication with our members. However, there are still some pockets without access to these types of communications, so we rely on those who do receive messages such as this email to share important announcements with their team mates, for example, the Super A format discussion and the many events that MMDL sponsors. If you know of someone who has email, but has not subscribed to our distribution list, please encourage them to sign up for it on our website or with the instructions that appear below. Help us to keep all members "in the know." As GI Joe says, "knowing is half the battle!"
SUPER A DISCUSSION - MEETING ON NOV. 7 - 1PM - A special meeting has been scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 1:00pm at the Framingham Eagles to discuss future adjustments to the new Super A division. Those who play Super A, are on teams that are candidates for being bumped up or are simply interested in playing at that level are highly encouraged to participate in these discussions. If you plan to attend this meeting, please contact Adam Sherlock, MMDL Commissioner at adams@mmdl.org or 617-799-4180. To discuss these issues in the meanwhile, please click here to visit the Super A discussion forum. Please help spread the word about this to any friends and teammates who may not receive these emails.
