[MMDL] Fall 2009 Season Announcement

Dear MMDL Member:

Boy time flies!  Captains' meetings for the fall season are all in the first week of August, so get your teams together now!

Attached are the contents of a postal mailing that will go out next week to all Spring 09 captains and sponsors.  Please forward this to anyone you think may be interested in participating in the MMDL Fall season.  This information is also available on the MMDL website.

For players seeking teams and teams needing additional shooters, the MMDL maintains an online "draft" system for people to connect and find each other.  Click here to visit the draft page.

Reminder - ADO Qualifier - This Sunday, July 12 at the Framingham Eagles.  FREE entry for all MMDL members (you must have been on a Spring 2009 roster to participate). Download the flyer for all event details - CLICK HERE

Here's a list of what's included in the attached files:

• League Updates - This sheet lists important announcements about MMDL's new Super A division, AD and officer elections and notice of league rules being under review. Also includes a current list of the MMDL Board of Directors
• Fall Season Announcement - Details, dates, times and locations of the captain's meetings for each area.
• Team Application Form - Can be typed in on your computer with Adobe Acrobat. Please do this and bring a printout to your captain's meeting if possible to avoid unreadable handwriting.
• The 21st Century League - This handout outlines MMDL's recent initiatives to implement current technology in league operations and how it affects all members.  Please review page 2 of this sheet for issues of great importance to team captains.
