IMPORTANT CAPTAIN REMINDERS FILLING OUT MATCH REPORTS Captains are urged to remember the following: - Click here for complete email match report guidelines.
- Send in your report immediately following the match. This will greatly help faster processing of weekly scores.
- Write legibly (!!!) - if the name of the player, team, points and other information can not be easily read, this increases the chance for errors and delays the publishing of the standings
- Use First and Last names - so proper credit can be given to the correct player for wins, losses and notables.
- Start and End Times should be recorded in the space provided
- Assign one of your players to review the report for accuracy at the end of the match to prevent point deductions.
DO NOT tear, doodle on or otherwise deface the report - have respect for the person who must process hundreds of them in a short time window NOTE: Please remember the following when emailing your match report: - Send a NEW EMAIL every week, DO NOT keep adding onto the existing email thread.
In the subject line of the email, type your TEAM NAME & WEEK # !!! - ALWAYS keep a hardcopy of the match report on hand as a backup and in case of errors or disputes.
- Reports submitted later than Friday 12noon following the match are subject to late penalty point deductions.
- If your scores are not posted within 48 hours after submission, contact your area's statistician
