If you're coming to the Witch City Open next week, here's some important last minute info you should know about:
Official Event Schedule - Please see the most recent flyer attached for the most up to date and accurate day and time for all events. Friday night kicks the weekend off with Mixed Doubles at 7:00pm and a Blind Draw at 9:30pm. Please note registration closes promptly and strictly 30 minutes prior to start time for all events to help ensure on-time performance.
YOUTH EVENTS - Our new dedicated Youth Events Flyer is also attached and outlines the complete schedule for all youth participants.
ADO America's Cup Team Competition - This event will be begin at approx 10am on Friday, October 18. Come down and watch America's best battle it out for the right to represent the ADO in Int'l competition. Volunteer chalkers are always needed and appreciated as well!Advance Registration - At the onsite registration desk, we will be accepting pre-registration for any and all events. You can sign up for the entire weekend at once if you wish, but please do not no-show an event you are registered in to prevent unwanted BYEs.
NO ONSITE ATM - Make sure you have ample cash as we just learned there will be no ATM machine on the premises, although there is a bank not too far away. Bring enough cash for all events if you wish to take advantage of advance registration.
Absolute Last Chance for Discounted Room Rate at the Marriott - In case you didn't see previous announcements, we managed to get the Nashua Courtyard Marriott to honor the Darter's Room Rate until October 12. This is on a first-come, first served basis while supply lasts so act immediately if you still haven't booked your room. Be sure to mention "Witch City Open and Minute Man Dart League" to get the special room rate.
For room reservations, please call 603-880-9100. You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to the event with absolutely no fee or penalty, so there's little risk, even if you're not 100% sure you're going to be able to attend -- but you can still make sure you have a room.
Live Results - Keep checking our website, Facebook and Twitter (@MMDL_Darts) pages during tournament weekend for up to the minute live results for all events as long as our wifi holds up. Our Twitter hashtag for this event is #WitchCityOpen.
Sportsmanship and Player Conduct!!! - Handshakes and mutual respect between competitors is expected and appreciated. Please also volunteer to chalk when you are not playing. It's up to each of us to help one another out.
