[MMDL] Important update to match report instructions

There have been some recent misunderstandings about the proper match report procedures for shorthanded teams and for players listed that do not actually play in the match.  Below please find clarification on how to avoid penalty points for this issue.  If you have any questions, please contact your area director.  

A new copy of the official match report instructions are attached to this email and also available on the league website.  Please print this sheet out and keep it in your captain's kit envelope for future reference.

If you are Shorthanded or Missing Players: In instances where you are short handed, do not leave player names blank, instead write "NP" or "No Player" in the player name field. If a player's name is filled in but the player did not actually play in that game, strike a line through that player's name. (See item 15 on the new instructions sheet and the illustrated example on the reverse side)
